What’s important for you to know about me is that I love what I do. My thirty years as a realtor has given me a depth of experience in neighborhoods throughout South Florida, specializing in Broward, Palm Beach and North Miami-Dade.
Whether you’re buying or selling, the best piece of advice I can offer is to have a good working relationship with your realtor. Here are three things my clients value most:
Philip is a joy to work with. We were very impressed with his knowledge, integrity and sensitivity. His help and support was very steading through a sometimes overwhelming process. Thanks so much for providing us with such a pleasant experience.

Every Tuesday evening, Philip calls like clockwork to update me on his progress. And if I ever have a question I can call and he’ll pick up!
Having a seasoned and qualified professional like Philip made the process of selling my home a dream. His marketing plan was spot on and his attention to detail meticulous. If I get the chance to move back to South Florida, Philip will be my first call.
I am not so much a golfer as a good sport but I am an ace realtor. I know where to find all the hidden and not-so-hidden gems. A view of the water or a view of the fairway, all are located under the beautiful, blue sky of South Florida.

There is an incredible amount of work involved in buying/selling properties. One person can’t do it alone. My stellar team at RE/MAX is THE best. I understand the details involved and the communication required for a smooth closing. I also understand it is my job to make that process as seamless and effortless as possible.
My mission is:
“Highest price. Shortest time. Least amount of stress.”
My clients and I have a weekly chat - known as Philip’s Tuesday Night Phone Call. Rain or shine. Every. Tuesday. Night. Open communication is the key to strong relationships, keeping everyone up to date and on the same page.

As an advocate for continuing professional development in the complex and ever-changing world of real estate, I became a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP).
This highly regarded competency-based program recognizes individuals for having mastered a level of professionalism and knowledge held by only a few thousand across the globe.
CRPs are sought out by corporations and relocation companies that hold high standards in meeting the needs of employees and their families. This experience gives me a unique knowledge and understanding of the intricacies of all aspects of the transaction, from detailed pricing and marketing strategies to contract negotiations.
While this expertise and knowledge proves to be most important to those relocating across the country, it is equally valuable to local clients moving across town.
As a veteran myself, it is an honor to work with these men and women have sacrificed so much in their lives to proudly serve our nation.
After graduating high school in Florida, I enlisted in the US Army. I was a sergeant in the infantry, serving as a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division, stationed at Fort Bragg, NC and Caserma Ederle, Italy.
One the privileges of working in Real-estate is to help Active duty and Veterans who have sacrificed so much in their young lives and who proudly served/serve our great nation to achieve home ownership
